Section 40
Action on claims
(1) If someone makes a demand with proof of ownership of wood in disinherited condition according to section 39 and if such person's claim is found to be sufficient in that regard, such wood shall be handed over to him.
(2) Other provisions related to the claim of disinherited timber and the above proceedings shall be as prescribed.
